Our Fees

Please note that all costs referred to are subject to VAT at 20% in addition to the figures listed. All costs stated are for work incorporating standard matters, any further or unexpected time relating to your matter may incur further charges.

Wills

We have fixed fees for preparing and attending upon you for execution of the testamentary dispositions as follows:

Standard Will £350

Lasting Powers of Attorney

We have fixed fees for the preparation of such documentation which includes registration and retention of registered documents and the provision of certified copies when required.

Please note that in addition to our charges there are registration fees payable to the Office of the Public Guardian currently £82 for each document.

A single lasting power of attorney (whether Financial Decisions or Health and Care) £400

Enduring Powers of Attorney

Such documents which remain in force but may require registration with the Office of the Public Guardian when the person giving the power is becoming has become mentally incapable.

We can assist with such registration process at a cost of £300.

Again registration fees apply currently of £82 for each document.
